Blue color design is the current issued of Malaysia Revenue Stamps (setem hasil). Shown is the used stamps cancelled with clear postmark from "Pusat Setem - Shah Alam" (Stamp Center for duty stamp, Shah Alam, Slenagor).
This stamps are affixed in the agreement, public can buy the stamps from Inland Revenue department and in all post offices.

Lately Inland Revenue department (income tax) has launched a new e-stamping service, which you no longer need to buy physical stamps for stamping, aim to speed up processing time and eliminate counterfeit stamps (especially on high value stamps).
Beside buying new revenue stamps or e-stamps through the Internet, public can choose the agreement to be franked on the agreement (shown on 2nd picture).
