In my previous post, I introduced what is WNS system, which is a tool created by UPU (Universal Postal Union) for the public to check details and verify the authenticity of each
stamp issued. The WNS system is basically a central database on the website which provides stamp issue specifications and the assigned WNS number on each stamp.
